CANCELLATIONS
Please allow 24 hours for cancellation and rescheduling appointments. If you do not call to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you could be charged the full price of the service.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy we will never sell or offer your personal information to anyone.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are unhappy with any products purchased at our salon, they may be exchanged for another product within 14 days of the original purchase date.
CHILDREN
To provide a relaxing environment for all guests in the salon and for the safety of your child we do not allow children to be unattended. No children will be allowed on the service floor while a parent is receiving a service. There are chemicals and sharp objects that could be a potential hazard to your child.
CLIENT SATISFACTION
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.
